Quick Saturday strategy that’s been on my mind this week.

I’ve seen multiple solid professionals lose real deals lately, not because of pricing, skill, or service, but because of assumptions.

One client assumed their loan officer didn’t handle refinances.
Another buyer assumed their agent only worked with high-end clients and didn’t want to bother them.

Neither deal ever had a chance to be saved because the conversation never happened.

Here’s the takeaway:
People don’t always reach out when they’re unsure what you do or whether you’re available. If they have to guess, they usually guess wrong.

Most consumers put us in a box based on the first thing they see or hear. If we don’t actively remind them, they fill in the gaps themselves.

That’s why reminders matter.

Not salesy posts.
Not market stats every time.
Simple, clear reminders that say:

Who you help

What you help with

That you’re available

Something as straightforward as:
“If you’re thinking about making a move this year and aren’t sure where to start, I help people sort through options. Happy to talk if it’s helpful.”

Those reminders quietly prevent missed opportunities you’ll never know about otherwise.

Saturday challenge:
Post or say one clear reminder this week.
No pressure. No pitch. Just clarity.

The best deals are often lost in silence, not competition.
