It’s a simple question that positions you as a true advisor — not just a salesperson.
Action Items:
Ask every client under contract who their financial advisor is.
If they don’t have one, introduce them to someone in your trusted network.
Schedule a quick lunch or Zoom with that advisor to align strategies.
Build your “Wealth Team” circle — Realtor, Lender, Financial Advisor — and stay in communication.
